基于信息熵-模糊数学的岩巷掘进机械化作业线选择方法研究

The Selection on Rock Tunneling Driving Machine Mechanized Working Line Based on Information Entropy-Fuzzy Mathematics

摘要: 为缓解日益紧张的采掘矛盾,合理降低掘进成本,提高岩巷的综掘水平。通过理论分析、实地调研和数据处理手段,选择有效区别度量的质量、成本、工期、劳动强度、安全程度和工作环境等因素作为决策变量,利用熵理论,深入挖掘数据之间的内在联系。构建了基于“信息熵-模糊数学”的岩巷掘进“机械化作业线选择方法数学模型”,用于指导煤矿岩巷掘进机械化作业线的选择。在霍州煤电甘河矿二采区运输巷成功应用,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。

Abstract: To ease the growing conflict in the mining , reduce driving cost and improve the level of mechanized digging. The disadvantage of "the method of lengthening every meter comparative cost” which is the most commonly used in the mechanization operating line was analyzed. Due to the deficiency of AHP for giving weigh in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, through theoretical analysis, spot investigation, data processing, quality, cost, period, labour intensity, degree of safety, work environment were considered as the decision variable in the paper. By mean of Entropy theory, the model of selection on rock tunneling driving machine mechanized working line based on information Entropy-fuzzy mathematics was formulated to guide rock drivage. The model was applied in in second mining area Belt Lane at Huozhou mine and has achieved good economic and social benefits.
